THAI-NICHI ENTERPRISE joined VitaFoods Asia 2024
Our first year at VitaFoods Asia 2024, held at QSNCC from September 18-20, 2024. Thank you to everyone who visited our booth. We look forward to seeing you at VitaFoods Asia 2025, which will take place at QSNCC from September 17 to 19, 2025.
Presenting NE-chan!
Our product, Ginger Extract NE, has a mascot named NE-chan.
She'll show up at food exhibitions and other events where she can interact with everyone!

The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok will host「Vitafoods Asia」for three days starting on September 18 (Wed) and ending on September 20 (Fri). The exhibition is specifically designed for the functional food, beverage, and nutritional food industries.
We will be introducing functional ingredients at the Thai-Nichi Enterprises exhibit. Additionally, samples of applications will be available to help you appreciate the effects and application of adding ingredients.

Bacterial substance
We are pleased to provide「QOL Natto Bacteria®」a product that has been shown to improve the quality of your sleep by reducing sleepiness upon your waking up. During the event, we will show an application that lets you understand how「QOL Natto Bacteria®」doesn't affect the taste of ingredients. We will also be introducing data showing improved sleep quality (sleepiness upon waking up) and images increase in collagen density in the skin from an in-house monitor test.
Ginger ingredients
We are pleased to present「Ginger Extract NE」a product with standardized gingerol in it. We will show how to consume Ginger Extract NE at the event, and temperature sensor pictures will be displayed to show how it affects skin surface temperature.

The effect of adding Masking Taste to dumpling wrapper
Masking Taste is a spice extract powder that leverages the unique complexity of licorice flavor to reduce the characteristic soybean odor, including its bitterness and astringency, experienced in the mid to aftertaste. It exhibits its effects even when added in small quantities, ranging from 0.05% to 0.15%.
