Our fish sauce is made through a natural fermentation process using fresh anchovies mixed with salt. The fermentation takes between 12 to 18 months, resulting in the sauce's unique flavor. Additionally, we pay close attention to quality control, managing and adjusting the nitrogen content in the fish sauce according to customer requests.
